ENROLLMENT
Enrollment Procedure
We understand that finding child care for your little one can be difficult. If you are interested in enrolling your child in at Wise Owl, please complete and submit the Waitlist form below.
Once a space becomes available for your child, we will contact you to arrange an intake meeting with the Wise Owl Director to fill out various forms, read a number of documents, and have the opportunity to ask questions. Once the intake is complete, we will arrange a gradual enrollment for your child.
Waitlist
Waitlist Policy
Wise Owl Day Care Centre maintains a wait list for non-subsidized clients. This list will be managed on a “first come, first serve” basis. There is no financial cost to be included on the list. Personal information about the family will remain confidential and will only be accessed by employees of Wise Owl. If a prospective client is no longer interested in a space, or if the prospective client is unable to be contacted with the information they have provided, they will be removed from the list.
Wise Owl will also provide families with information about the Fee Subsidy program available for qualifying families in Renfrew County. If families are interested in receiving subsidy to help with with daycare costs, they will be directed to contact the Renfrew County Child Care and Early Years office to learn more and be placed on their subsidy wait list. The subsidy wait list is maintained by the Renfrew County Child Care and Early Years Division.
Waitlist Form
Once an application is submitted, a copy of the application will be sent to Parent/Guardian 1 email provided (check your Spam/Junk folder).
This is proof of your application submission. Please retain this email for your records.
